Certivo is an AI-native compliance platform for regulated supply chains. Manufacturers face a growing wall of regulatory requirements across materials, trade, cybersecurity, and sustainability, and the way most companies handle it has not changed in twenty years: spreadsheets, email chases, and a scramble when an auditor or a customer asks for proof.
Our AI engine, CORA, automates the work underneath. It collects evidence from suppliers, validates documents against regulatory frameworks across ten compliance categories, and generates audit-ready packages on demand. We are backed by Suffolk Technologies, Pioneer Square Labs, Mayfield, and Ralliant, and we work with global manufacturers across aerospace and defense, automotive, industrial equipment, electronics, and medical devices.
Compliance software usually gets built one regulation at a time. A customer needs REACH, so someone builds a REACH module. Then RoHS arrives, then CBAM, then a customer contract with its own clauses, and five years later the product is thirty hardcoded workflows that nobody can extend.
We took a different approach. Our Regulation Builder ingests any requirement type, whether regulatory, contractual, or customer-specific, and runs it through the same evidence workflow. That design is the reason we can cover ten compliance categories instead of one, and it is the thing we have to keep getting right as the surface area grows.
This role owns that core. You decide what the platform does next, you write the specifications engineering builds against, and you make the calls about which capability graduates from a custom build for one customer into something every customer gets.
You will work alongside a Product and Design lead who owns the experience layer, forward deployed engineers who sit inside customer deployments, and compliance engineers who own the regulatory logic. Your job is the connective tissue: deciding what gets built, in what order, and why now.

First 90 days. You understand the platform and the domain well enough to hold an opinion. You own the roadmap for at least one area and have shipped something.
First 6 months. Engineering builds against your specifications without a translation layer. The roadmap reflects a coherent view of where the platform is going rather than a queue of requests.
First 12 months. Capability that started as custom work for one customer is running for everyone. When someone asks why we built a thing, your reasoning is the answer.
Most product management at this stage is roadmap administration. This is not that. The platform architecture is the strategy here, and the decisions you make about what the Regulation Builder should handle are the decisions that determine how far the company can extend.
You will also be close to the actual problem. Our customers are quality directors and compliance managers at manufacturers who are personally accountable when an audit goes badly. You will talk to them, and what you learn will show up in the product within weeks.
