Certivo turns regulatory evidence into market access. Our AI (CORA) ingests supplier docs and BoMs, validates them against rules, and assembles market‑ready packets mapped to every product × site × market—so launches don’t slip and shipments don’t sit. You’ll shape both the product surfaces customers use daily and the marketing assets that drive packet‑intent demand.

Why this role exists

We’re unifying complex regulatory workflows into a simple, trustworthy experience—and telling a clear story to the market. As our senior designer, you’ll own the end‑to‑end craft across Product UX/UI and Brand/Marketing to accelerate activation, conversion, and adoption in our industrials wedge (Instrumentation, Systems & Controls, Panels/Power, PVF/Water, etc.).

The role

Split your time between:

You’ll partner with Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Growth to ship measurable outcomes—less friction to “Generate Packet,” higher first‑pass approvals, and clearer value stories by vertical.

Figma, FigJam, Webflow/Framer, GA4/GTM, Hotjar/Clarity, Notion, Linear/Jira, Storybook, Loom; product stack includes React/TypeScript/Next.js with Tailwind/shadcn.


Interview process

  1. Portfolio conversation (45 min): two case studies—one product, one marketing; metrics‑backed.
  2. Product exercise (90‑min, take‑home or live): wireframe → hi‑fi for a Rules Builder flow + component spec.
  3. Marketing exercise (60‑min): a lane landing page hero + gated offer tile; copy + visual rationale.
  4. Panel (60 min): PM, Eng, Growth; design review + handoff discussion.
  5. References.
